I have had a business relationship with Peter Horne Transport (PHT) since 2007. And the business relationship with Wickham Flower & CO has been going for many more years. Peter and Janice’s business is transporting and freighting all of our John Deere, JCB, GoldAcres, Gason & Kuhn equipment from the various distribution centres and factories however, PHT goes above and beyond this requirement. As with our clientele customer service is paramount and PHT delivers this in spades. Nothing is ever an issue for PHT. I can call Peter or Janice – sometimes at short notice to pick up a machine and they organise the rest. This means that once I make a phone call Peter arranges the pick-up time, the location, the loading and unloading, all on my behalf. PHT are more than happy to accommodate all of our loads and they will deliver after hours, nothing is any trouble. Another key part of a business relationship is key communication and PHT always keep me up to date with any deliveries and changes to times. PHT will often give me a courtesy call before our suppliers will. PHT has the full range of modern, immaculate trailers and trucks and it is always a pleasure to load our machines ready to go to a customer. The professional image that PHT delivers to our customers when they take delivery of their new machine has been commented on many times and completes the positive delivery experience.
